The worst customer service ever I have ever experienced when it comes car parts.I cannot say anything about this establishment except for the VW guy who doesnt even know how to manage and communicate with inquiring customers properly. The companys image will reflect first thru the customer service, so better to have a self-check first on them.

Absolutely useless parts shop. Contacted them twice for 2 different German car parts.Mercedes parts guy didnt even bother to reply inspite of giving him few days.Porsche parts guy atleast replied, gave him even the actual part number I wanted to make his job easy and 3 days time with few reminders for a quote. Got absolutely nothing. Waste of time shop. Maybe they only reply to some special customers, others are ignored.

Very experienced, helpful and friendly people. I got all parts very quickly and for the best price ever comparing with what I would normally pay for the workshop. You just need to give them the chassis number and they will take care of everything for you.

Dont buy it directly from here. They take advance money and next day they give you defected parts. Once you go back to return them they say we dont take it back.Please be careful.

Decent price for original parts

Purchased a 180 amp voltage regulator for my bmw m3 valeo brand from them which should take 3 days to arrive from jabal Ali by transferring 300 aed for deposit, after the transfer the managing partner said it may take up to max 6 days if not your welcome to take you money back, so I said wutever let’s get it ASAP...On the 7th day I had to follow up with him about the part and he claimed to check, so I waited, and after checking on the day after with him he’s like part has arrived.When went to receive my part one of his employee’s have ordered the wrong part which is 120 amp Mercedes Benz and doesn’t fit my car !!Then they claim that I have given the wrong information when they had the original part with them and the car registration.. they didn’t give a solution and said sorry you take your 300 back !!I have never seen such treatment !

The last time i order bushings for my Volkswagen Golf the sales person informed me its not available anywhere then i went to Tasra then they gave my order the next day. Staffs in Munich are very lazy and deserve job termination.
